I have been researching like crazy for 3rd year project which i am basing it on Venice and the romance behind it. I have found that the worst features in venice (bridge of sighs) has a romantic meaning behind it being that if a couple kiss on a gondola under the bridge they will have the luck of love.
I have really enjoyed researching Venice, however i have felt it is a bit of a drag as there are things to research stemming off from every piece of information!!
It was a choice between Venice and Paris and i am glad i chose Venice as it is different and not the stereotypical romance of paris with the tower etc.
It was this image which swayed me towards Venice as it has ROMANCE written all over it!
