Cheryl Cole's outfit worn for 'Fight for this love' was designed by Julien Macdonald. Personally i do not like the trousers at all, i think they look like 'poppers' which were popular in the 1990's. However the top half i absolutly love, its true military in an alternative style and it stand out with its old colour!!

Paula Abdul at the American Music Awards, this floor trailing gown is stunning, the lace is sophisticated and bang on trend. I have seen other images of her in the dress walking around and it is very diva like as she needs a posse to help carry the floating out bottom. Not cool Abdul, not cool..

Articles on her annoy me saying of how bad she looks, lets be honest if i was her age, had kids and a stressful career i would be pretty damn happy to look like her.. Personally i think its jealousy on peoples behalf.. i mean she married to David Beckham.. who wouldnt be jealous!!


People focus on her bad point of her feet with the bunion, this is her ONLY bad point in my eyes and i think its pretty sad people focus on this to solely bring her down...

Gorgeous shoes which supposidly do the damage to her feet. Yes im not saying everyone wear high shoes and get feet like this.. mabe some people wont.. im saying if she offends you so much that you cant look at her without judging.. dont look at her..

Sequins!!

year in year out sequins are back in fashion... they are on every kind of dress to suit any shape and are in many colours. These are the ultimate christmas dress, personally i feel you look like a christmaas turkey wrapped in foil, this however didnt stop me from buying one 2 years ago. The dress is still in the wadrobe but can safely safe it doesnt see the light of day.

The new take on sequin dresses are that they are using large round sequins, i feel this makes a classy, sophisticated take on the dress which is nice after many years of the small over facing ones.


The black sequins are not so over facing as they create a glimmer and its quite subtle as its black. Dress form Topshop at £75.00






Lace back on this compliments the sparkle of the sequins and just tones it down slightly. Also with it being short sleeved there is not too much sequin as its only on the body not EVERYWHERE...


Absolutly love this as the large sequins in different shades really compliment one another which makes the whole thing stand out.






Personally i feel that large sequins are definatly the way forward this christmas season!!

So the weathers horrible.. i feel horrible with this but working away on my elective work... i keep finding more and more illustrators which i love... i need to narrow them down.. sketchbook is gunna be full of them!! anyhow just thought i would update as illustrations are printing :) xx

Jimmy Choo at H&M

Went to Trafford Centre on saturday to check out the Jimmy Choo hype. It was absolutly crazy, people had been queing since 2.30pm the day before to get hands to get in to grab shoes!! After 11.45am the jimmy Choo was open to anyone, i stood back and watched and the people resembles animals, there was screeching, fighting, people stealing shoes and accessories off each other. People were in a complete frenzy!! So after that had happened went shopping myself and bout nothing!! Wasnt amused by this so went and bought a pet hamster called Chip Romeo :) xx

Motivation anyone?

Seriously lacking this today.. only got up at 20 to 3... never good when you plan to do work all day.. been avoiding work since i got up, i have cleaned my room.. sorted my wardrobe.. i think its prob time to do a bit of work... not brave enough to clean kitchen.. anyway thought i would update since not done it in a few days. anyhow update soon :) xx

soo over 10 hours in library.. an all nighter and lots of coffee im done.. finito! :D whoop whoop!! xx

DEADLINE!

pulled an all nighter to get work finished.. very nearly done.. 3 more illustrations to do then im complete :) good times!! absolutly shattered!! well worth the feeling now tho of releif!! xx

Tuesdays!

Not really a fan of them today.. stayed up till slly o clock last night which meant slept in this morning! Really mad with myself!! Went to library to get some work done as its due on thursday.. nearly done!! whoop whoop! going back tonight to get finished.. Might be even able to hand it in tomorrow!! :) so anyway just venting my anger of Tuesday.. ohh plus i just dropped a curry on my floor.. attractive... URRGHH.. However im pleased i have good friends to keep me calm on days like these and help me clean my mess of a floor up :) thanks guys!! :) xx

Off out for a catch up with a friend tonight since im back in loveeeely Keighley ha.. curry.. drinks.. dancing :) Not done much on the work side today .. gunna get a bit done before i go out hopefully... got some lovely fabrics today from a stall in Keighley so can get that included in sketchbook and what not...

So thinking of wearing this dress.. not fashioned it yet at home but very light on the clothes brought home this weekend as i had too many bags of uni work to do... i hate wearing the same outfits but just thought i have only brought one pair of shoes home so gunna look exactly the same... umm what to do....

Tried these on today several times... i wanted them.. bad... but they nipped my toe so much.. i tried walking around the shop to try make them widen or something.. didnt happen and had to walk away.. truly gutted.. i love them!! ....

However my grandma then treated me to a leather biker style jacket... i think its absolutly amazing.. i love it! i would upload a picture but i left my camera at uni and the leads to my phone.. how annoying... damn just thought thats no pictures for me tonight.. GUTTED!!

Catch up time!

So went out for a drink tonight and got onto the converstaion of gym wear. Slacks were mentioned a couple of times... slacks will surly make it in fashion again .. but never will i find these garments attractive.. anyway after researching slacks when i got in i am 100% positive slacks were not used in the correct convoersation and it was all just one bit mishap!
So we have MH to thank for this 'inspiration' :) xx
